The Town of Elon recently adopted the Phase I Plan for the Haggard Avenue Corridor Study, financed through BGMPO Section PL 104(f) Special Studies funding. The purpose of the study is to examine and recommend safety and multi-modal improvements along East Haggard Avenue between N. Antioch Avenue and York Road. Details of this study will be presented for information at the May 18, 2021 TCC and TAC meeting (see Calendar and Public Notices).
