The Burlington – Graham Metropolitan Planning Organization (BGMPO) has made an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2022 – 2023 (FY23) Unified Plan and Work Program (UPWP) which is available for public review and comment. The UPWP identifies the MPO annual work tasks and studies to be conducted by staff and local jurisdiction members and reflects federal planning requirements and respective budgets.
